Courses en forêt de Gros bois de 12 Km et 5 Km à 09h30, courses jeunes à 11h00, marche nordique de 12 Km à 09h00 et marche solidaire de 4,2 Km à 10h00.

Alternance de chemins forestiers et bitumés. Parcours très plat : dénivelé faible.

Boucle de 5 Km commune aux 2 distances à laquelle s'ajoute une boucle de 7 Km qui diffère de la première.

Course caritative : TOUS les fonds sont reversés à l'association CLARA FAIT ET RIT qui accompagne les enfants hémisphérotomiés.
