Barrière Horaire : 09h00 – 11ème km au Lieu-Dit Cascou.

Lieu de départ : D29 près de la chapelle du Morne Pitault.

Lieu d’arrivée : Devant le Foyer Rural du Morne-Pitault.           

Deux parcours sont proposés : 20 Km et 15 Km (Dénivelés : 583 m et 391 m).
